Speed is an important factor to be taken into account while buying washer dryer. Always choose a machine which can spin at 1000 rpm or above. As mentioned in the beginning of this article, the exact requirement is to be assessed before choosing the model. If the capacity of the machine chosen is low and the load is higher, the machine will have to be used for longer periods. Prolonged usage of a low capacity machine may cause damage to it in the long run. Therefore a machine with adequate capacity should be chosen.
The consumer should note the energy rating of the utility to be purchased. In the context of energy conservation, a high energy rating is desirable. Washer with stackable dryer will be expensive than combo machines. But as mentioned earlier, the combos are smaller in size with low capacity. It is suitable only for small families where the load will be considerably lower.
The price of the washer dryer either as an integrated unit or separate and stackable one depend on the features incorporated in it.
